What are your temps now, Rosales? When the grass starts growing, we must keep up with it, or it just takes more time. We are trying to get a good stand of hay, as the fields here were in terrible shape from years of growing GMO grains. We are setting the goal for next year to start making hay. Have a good Sunday!
Overnights have been 8 to 11C. (46 to 52F) over the past week. Yesterday was up to 25C (77F), but today was lightly overcast and is 16.5C (62F) at 6PM. It is a few degrees C above the average for this time of year.
Thanks Rain! As much as we have to mow, I’m really happy we have a tractor to do it! We bush hog about 16 acres now, but hopefully that will all be into hay next year...at least that is the plan! I’m happy for you that the snow is gone, but I bet Marlene doesn’t like it much! Our little Milo likes the snow about as much as Jack does...lol!
